This craft was passed down to her by her uncles, who have been gelato makers since 1947 in Calabria. Her uncle even received an award from President Napolitano for the quality of his gelato.

Maria and her team produce 100% natural gelato, using only the finest ingredients, all personally selected. They offer gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options. The cream flavors are made with fresh, high-quality milk, while the fruit flavors are made exclusively with fresh fruit, without milk. Their cones are also vegan.

Their flagship product is the Brunello gelato, a true specialty. Additionally, they make modern cakes, semifreddos, ice cream cakes, single-serving desserts, sliced cakes, Montalcino kisses, artisanal ice cream bars, fruit-shaped gelato, granitas, Sicilian "panino col tuppo" with gelato, and gelato poke.
