Located within the historic Mariuccia pastry shop, present in Montalcino since 1935, Uova e Farina offers a variety of traditional pasta and sweets, such as tagliatelle, gnocchi, pici, cantucci, panforte, ricciarelli, cavallucci, as well as products made using innovative techniques.
The heart and soul of the business is Antonella, who started making fresh pasta in 2010. In 2017, she acquired the historic Montalcino pastry brand "Mariuccia," preserving and maintaining some of the traditional old recipes.
Today, she produces a wide assortment of sweet and savory products for every occasion.
